Returns/Exchanges

Am I able to return items? 

At the moment, we do not accept returns and only accept exchanges. 

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

Every product is checked in quality control when received from the factory, and also before shipping out to customers. If on the odd occasion you receive a faulty item, then we sincerely apologise and our customer service team will be happy to help.

I've ordered a ring but it doesn't fit me?

Before ordering any of our rings, please ensure you check out our size guide and measure the finger that you wish to wear our ring. If you are in between sizes, we do recommend sizing up.

If you do receive one of our rings and it doesn't fit, then please get in touch with our customer service team at chayarosejewellery@gmail.com and we will be happy to help and advise on how to proceed with an exchange. 

How do I exchange my item?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for refund but we do accept exchanges. If you do wish to exchange your items, then please get in touch with us at chayarosejewllery@gmail.com and we can get that arranged for you.
